Wooden Spoon is the children’s charity of rugby. We are a grant-making charity and fund life-changing projects across the UK & Ireland.  
 

We have a national footprint, but the largest part of our income is raised by local volunteers. Our aim is that every penny that our volunteers raise is spent in their local communities.  In the last year, despite the difficult conditions, we supported 43 charitable projects helping over 100,000 vulnerable children and young people.   
 

But we need your help more than ever as more children need our help.  In the last year Wooden Spoon was only able to fund one in four of the grant applications we received due to the increased demand for our support.   
 

We are asking you, the rugby community, to come together, in the true spirit of rugby and help us change young peoples’ lives.
